Vision — Very Narrow The company tends to secure a client, hire aggressively, and then let people go the moment anything goes downhill with that client. What’s missing is a long-term vision. Before entering any industry, the leadership should be clear about whether they truly want to commit to it. If the answer is yes, then they should stay invested for several years—regardless of winning or losing a client.
