Avantages
Probably the most interesting job I've ever had. I love my coworkers who have not yet been poisoned by the lack of morale in this company.
Inconvénients
This company is so much about the money, they will work employees to the bone for a dollar. They do not care about your family, they do not care that you never get time even, to go to the doctor with the sub-par benefits it offers. No 401k matching, but the bigger bosses are flying home in Jets and riding Ducatis while all their employees starve. The lower level management is condescending to their employees because of the pressure they are put under and it just rolls downhill. No flex days when working 60-70 hour weeks, weekends, late nights, etc. They do not care if you live or die, just get the job done. As soon as I can, I'm out of here. Also, this company has two week long meetings, where they put everybody up in a nice hotel on the beach in Santa Barbara. But each day is 12-14 hours long, making you sit there for days on end listening to the company propoganda. No chance to check out the city, no chance to enjoy your time, they have every waking hour planned for you! Do not work here.
