      I've been working at InTechHub Solutions as a UI/UX Designer for the past four years and currently a senior member of the team. My experience so far has been excellent. Creative freedom is encouraged within a well-defined design workflow, and designer are involved early in product discussions, contributing meaningfully to the overall vision. Meetings are purposeful, with clear agendas and well-communicated requirements. Feedback is constructive, and collaboration with developers in seamless. Also, There's also strong focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
