      none, absolutely nothing. nothing at all

      Inconvénients

      poor management, poor structure, the company is run by a crazy person, without business acumen or planning whatsoever. He will run whatever is left of it to the ground. Also, he surrounds himself with yes men to agree to his every whim. Also this company stole millions from the russian football federation, so much so that the owner was hiding from justice for about 4 years. that being said, they also employ people who are not allowed to work in the russian federation and they evade taxes.

      Avantages

      Fun industry to be in. Competitive product.

      Inconvénients

      Many. Russian company that has some strength in Europe, but is dominated by other competitors in the US. Constant change in direction, sales by flavor of the week. Does not know what target market it wants to be in. High employee turnover. Problems with product administration. Very low pay compared to competition. Product is better than competitors in some ways, but extremely hard to sell when markets are dominated by others that have been in their markets for years. Not enough differentiation and market share for potential customers to make a change. Even has trouble "buying" business.
