The work hours were very flexible. Green shirts made each employee easily identifiable. Management were understandable when it comes to family needs. If a site was too far to drive the manager would make some arrangements to switch workers at different sites. Overtime pay was good toward the end of the project.

Lets see theres not much cross talk among managers. Technicians would be told to start implementing something new at one site but not at another. Then the manager from the other site would come visit my site and ask why isn't this new task isn't being implemented. Also, the contract was short and theres no possibility of permanent employment opportunities. This company seem to struggle with keeping things organized. Hiring a manager with no idea how the process works instead of promoting some within.
