It’s unfortunate that your experience at InRule was not satisfactory. As a management team, we try to provide a structured environment and give our employees the necessary tools and training for success.
We believe our termination process is fair and measured, however we understand that not everyone is going to have a positive experience during a difficult period. When looking at the performance of an individual, we evaluate multiple areas of performance and over a longer timeframe than just a single quarter.
As a company, the collective management team strives to communicate on a number of different levels, including monthly town halls, semi-annual gatherings, all-hands meetings, weekly team meetings, and bi-weekly (or weekly) one-on-ones with direct reports. These meetings are intended to provide a forum for sharing updates and other pertinent information, and allow individuals to ask questions and gain clarification regarding how to be successful in their role.
