      Avantages

      Compensation is as stated, the upside is truly unlimited, and that's makes me VERY happy! Great people to work with, and we all work well together. There's ABSOLUTELY no micro management. As an account rep, I know what my duties are, and I get them done, ZERO pressure, and tons of support from all powers within the firm. Recently completed a great trade show event in Las Vegas!!! TOP NOTCH! I've personally brought in 2 co-workers from my previous brokerage job, and they love it

      Inconvénients

      Commute early on bummed me out, but now with the nice weather, I can't complain!
