Small company with no policy they can change when ever its needed as per their requirement from leaves to week-offs ,In offer letter they will mention 1.5 leaves in appointment letter 1 leave,with 6 working days.No medical insurance or facility available for employee or family ,HR and management have no concern about the employee .They have only 1 project which is running on loss .this company works as a C2H requiter. Removing of employees without giving compensation is one of the amenities they provide with low salary package.only few skilled engineers are present that too they are on the verge of resigning .Attendance portal not working ,signing the register for going IN and outs.notice period 2 months that too start after they accept it. if you want to change job notice period will be 2 months for contract roll-off removing employee only 1 months without providing compensation.
