      Avantages

      They do provide lots of incentives, but hard to be able to reach these incentives as hours are minimal. Also disorganized and very will they won’t they, most hours received was maybe 10 hours a week as a full time employee. Some BCBAs were good and helpful! Very involved with programming. Just the company is not the best ABA wise.

      RBTs not really implementing ABA, low hours, unorganized, cliques, etc etc

      Avantages

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Inconvénients

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
