      Avantages

      The staff below board level are almost universally lovely, it's a generally relaxed working environment.

      Inconvénients

      Outdated attitude to flexible working, a CEO who doesn't trust staff to work from home and demanded people start returning to the office in June 2020 against prevailing government guidelines. Very dated technology.

      This company cares about its people, and wants to do the right thing, they listen to employees, expect hard work and offer flexibility. You can make a positive change in this company.

      Inconvénients

      The company is still growing into its new management and there can be push back from colleagues when pushing forwards.
