Challenging and interesting project related to online education. Relaxed work environment. No bloated and unnecessary meetings. Hands-off management style so you are not stressed out.
Inconvénients
Benefits for employees with a large family is lacking compared against other large Bay-area tech companies. You need to prepare your own lunch or go out, which consumes a lot of work hours in a busy San Mateo downtown. Commute benefit is lacking. i.e., no paid Caltrain pass.
