      Avantages

      Small but strong team that's well respected in the industry and is beginning to make headway. Most clients are C-level contacts which speaks to excellent credibility for a startup. Huge focus on culture where everyone has a voice and can play a big part in shaping the company. Open work environment and great location in Gastown, Vancouver. The new SaaS platform being developed internally is a game changer!

      Inconvénients

      Typical growing pains that come with a small startup. Resource constraints and bootstrapping at times, but to be expected. Starting to change, though.

      Avantages

      I have been working with Tuangru as a contractor for almost a year and I have been very impressed with the leadership. They are great team to work with and they know the industry very well. I don't go to the office because I work remotely; however, I get the sense that they support and value everyone that works there. The company is swiftly moving forward.

      Inconvénients

      It's a startup so resources are limited; however, this seems it's shifting as the company is maturing.
