      Avantages

      Very flexible hours. Can take off and make up hours or do a core hour change. Good people to work with. Laid back environment

      Inconvénients

      Yearly review raises are usually 3%. Hard to move up in the company.

      Toxic work environment. Employees do not matter. Good ole boys club definitely exsists.
