      Avantages

      Hughes has a nice HR team and I love working with my coworkers here. Things usually go fairly slow so I have enough time to learn everything and get up to speed with the rest of my team.

      Inconvénients

      Health insurance is pretty bad and has high deductions and poor coverage. Method of communication is inefficient and inter-departmental projects can take forever to finish.
