      Avantages

      Plenty of support from management at my branch. New equipment and very competitive commission structure. Decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      Your experience at this company will almost completely depend on your branch manager and district sales manager. Boys club for sure, for better or worse. They like to run operations lean and should hire more support to be able to grow, not the other way around.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Avantages

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Inconvénients

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
