      Avantages

      This company is the greatest. The IT org. is professional and cutting edge. They do need more staff. Ed Fritz and Tamir are great leaders.

      I think IT for a company of this size is too lean.

      Avantages

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Inconvénients

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
