Avantages
Like to work here because it's exciting always something new
-No benefits of being an employee (health insurance etc...) but same expectations (you represent helping and will be punished if you mess up)
-Can lose work suddenly with no notice
-Helpling raises their middleman rate without telling clients so either you take a pay cut or "raise" your prices to match.
