Avantages

Good benefits and hourly pay. Flexibility for scheduling time off in advance. Incentives for hitting certain numbers within the week. Commission and Bonus opportunities. You get a great discount on boxes of hellofresh.

Inconvénients

Sales opportunity can be grueling between gyms and malls. The big opportunities come from events and new territories. You also have to hit a certain sales number for commission which makes it difficult for new hires who do not have much sales experience. The discounts Brand Ambassadors offer do not beat online offers. Pretty obvious flaw there which makes it even more difficult for sales while in the field.

Avantages

Great product discounts and nice corporate offices.

Inconvénients

Very poorly run company. The distribution center operations is a very toxic boys club, rife with blame culture and senior leadership throwing junior leaders under the bus. Good ideas from the "wrong" people aren't listened to, and bad ideas from the "in crowd" are pushed through – and quickly fail. Building and executing effective training is always seen as a road block, and then used as a scapegoat. Hard to see how things will improve in the current state.
