      Harris Teeter has a lot of potential for growth. They really care about their associates and really make them feel appreciated. The pay and benefits are very fair as well.

      The grocery business can be very stressful because of the inevitable unpredictability of the industry.

      Avantages

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Inconvénients

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
