      Avantages

      Flexible, hard work is recognized and appreciated, plenty of opportunities to contribute to projects and showcase ideas, growing company, fun coworkers, and if you love learning there are lots of different avenues you can explore. If you are self-motivated, willing to think outside the box, and enjoy coming up with solutions this is the place to be.

      Inconvénients

      As with any growing company there are challenges. Aside from occasional hiccups I have personally not had anything left unresolved, and have always been able to approach my supervisor with any issues. Sometimes the workload is very heavy, however I have been supported when I have requested assistance.

      Avantages

      Growing company. Opportunities to help people who are in need of your services, from start to finish. There is nothing we can't do to help people with accessibility and disability needs. We truly do find solutions to anything! Alex, my boss, is outstanding. Great person to work for. Wants you to succeed!

      Inconvénients

      Moving to a bigger and newer facility in Kenosha, might have slowed down production. Yet in the big picture will only make all the projects we are working on that much faster and complete. Could find a better way to distribute leads.

      Avantages

      Co-workers are great and Alex really advocated for his people

      Inconvénients

      The owner doesn't like listening to feedback from employees, goals are near impossible to obtain, CFO is very catty. Pay is subpar and health insurance is bare minimum. Even upper management doesn't use the provided healthcare.
