Avantages
There are some really smart people at Halfcode. The company is LGBTQ-friendly and has a surprising amount of diversity. Working at a startup means a certain amount of uncertainty and a steep learning curve. They are working on complex artificial intelligence software with a social conscience. That is why most of us were there because you don't find that combination in a startup very often.
Inconvénients
Better communication between individuals working on the same team to make sure everyone is on the same page. The company is working on launching multiple projects quickly and they need to maintain their focus on making something great, not just fast.
