The products are important in assuring patient care and health. By focusing on Blood Management, the potential for high quality patient care gives the opportunity for growth.
Inconvénients
The Company is spending millions and millions on building manufacturing outside the US, spending on 1st class travel by managers to Asia. These managers are spending on their 1st class travel and other extravagance. There are continuous changes and layoffs. Employees are working but lack recognition and job security.
