While there wasn't much to dislike about the job, at times I felt there wasn't enough work to keep me busy.

You need to be able to jump in and get your hands dirty. - Everyone works really hard and is dedicated, but it can be stressful during the busy seasons. - Office has gone through some construction (re-modeling and expansion) which has made for some difficult days to concentrate.
