      - No issues with payments - Some positions can offer good salaries

      - Guatemalan staff lacks empathy and leadership skills and some individuals are very unproffesional. - HCL management focuses on micro-manage employees instead of actual productivity. - Management hands out PIPs to encourage tenure employees to quit so they don't get any severance payments. - Lack of Work-life balance and a complete lack of brand identity within the job culture.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
