      Avantages

      Better job security, learning environment is very good, very good work profile.

      Inconvénients

      Too much work pressure. Avg duty hour will be 10-11 hrs. Salary is very low compared to other organisations. Poor growth and increment. Less benefits. Working culture is not so good.
