      They offer a great salary and benefits package

      Inconvénients

      Nobody knew what was going or who was in charge. The client was allowed to dictate everything down to internal personnel matters. The structure of HCL was convoluted and almost impossible to navigate - even the HRBP wasn't familiar with HR policies.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
