      Avantages

      Flexibility with timings, job security, easy to change verticals and fields, good for technical learnings

      Inconvénients

      Less certification, learning options for management or support folks, reduced annual hikes/perks as per industry standards, hierarchy of some teams is not proper, support functions are not working to reduce effort and time, too many restrictions and checks in processes, manual efforts, less focus on automation.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
