Wavering focus, everyday unique priorities and later goes to trash then starts with new most of them were useless. No focus or plan or process. Most of the time spent on meetings with no outcomes. Force fitting certain things and overdoing on certain aspects. Working on old technologies. Multiple weekend spoilers no comp-offs. All day work at office and the list goes on and on. Had a great feel when HCLTECh offered but this Edtech totally spoiled the hcl image. Thank god I escaped.
