      no swipe in and out, no minimum hours to clock, no dress code

      Inconvénients

      a lot of politics, if you want hike , be some relative of some high rank official in HCL or make your manager your GOD. very less onsite opportunitites. No HR interaction with employees, no transparency in anything.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
