Avantages
Nothing is positive. They r firing people.
Inconvénients
No Projects and Hr dept dont work, have high expectations, waste of time and career. They r firing people after 3 months on bench even if u r newly hired. U can get the project only if u know very well some project mgr or else u have to leave the organization.
