      Pros for those demanding ease in work: 1. Lesser work load. 2. Flexible timings. Same are the cons for people demanding challenging work. 3. Awesome infrastructure. 4. Onsite opportunities available.

      Inconvénients

      1. Few good projects. 2. No Transparency in policies. 3. Poor Management. 4. Very difficult for female employees to survive in development field.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
