Job security is there in HCL management is taking advantage of this they dont do any work and still there in HCL

they always try to find ways to cut your salary either by timesheet or by sapcience hours not completed or by any other reason in last 1 years (12 months), 7 months pay slips i got 50% salary only and they then return it later after a long time and we have to fight a lot employee are working hard to earn money and they deduct it like there is cut off date for salary and the date is random you gets an email near 19-23 of ecah month to fill timesheet of that day that day ia always sat or sund u dont check email and then you dont fill timesheet and they cut your salary for remaining days if your are working from home, and if manager delays approving WFH or dont do by cut off date, they cut your salary eve during Covid pandemic Sapeince hours: every day 9 hours and to do this we have to sit 12-13 hours, because if you are even internet surfing, sapeience checks you are ideal also if you are going out for 2 min sapience checks and dont count it in 9 hours... so if not 9 hours, they deduct your salary. Very bad management and very bad HR. very bad means very very very very bad HR and management. All HR are on leave whenver we call them and if it is urgent then they start shouting like unprofessional people. on LWD, they dont give relieving letter, when we call HR, they say we are on leave dont call us. 0% hike in last 5 years of mine my exp figure > my ctc figure They are opening centers in sri lanka, Australia and growing and deducting salary from emp, not giving hike, thats why ther are growing... Never join, never join and never join HCL can not be comparable to other IT service companies like infy tcs ibm HCL is not in that category, so if you have even offer from a small CMM level 3 company pl join that company not HCL 3 months notice period, no concessions even I am on bench, also I had personal emergencies

Where do I even begin.... HCl is a company that will overwork and underpay you and never give you a raise. I was lucky to get a very competitive wage when I started that I felt like I deserved and I fought for that. However even that process they bait and switched 3 times offering higher amounts over the phone and then going back on their word and offering less and less each time until they finally sent me an offer letter. The entire company is inept at communication at any and all levels. You will never get a raise and any time you have any kind of issue or need management/HR to do anything for you results in being ignored. Additionally they will add and add to your roles and responsibilities and ask for the impossible and unreasonable. They get contracts by underbidding other MSP's and then hiring as few people on site as possible and refer the rest of the work to overseas workers that will never do any work and always kick responsibility back to you. If you ever get lucky and they are forced to actually do their job they show that they clearly have no idea what they are doing or talking about. All around a terrible company to work for. If your job role is getting outsourced to HCL, fight for a good salary up front because they will never give you a raise and try to look for another place to work as soon as you can.
