No Pros. I will not suggest to join this company
Inconvénients
1) Worst appraisal process i have ever seen. 2) HR will not tell you the Company policy at the time of joining . Once you leave company they will deduct you salary on the name of some policy . 3) Around one month of salary or more than that salary they will remove deduct from your salary. 4) All are contract to hire location and you will not get any benefits from HCL. 5) HCl just a big company name it has nothing big. 6) All are cheater HR, Project Manager, Leads. Its takes around 9 month to proceed your appraisal. 7) Appraisal also will be added as a advance bonus block in your salary and all those will be deducted at the time of leaving from your salary. For me its around 75k has been deducted. If you are 75k is less amount for you then only join this company.
