Avantages
Satisfactory working environment. Good third party training. Good profit margins for company. Low Bench Strength and most people get directly placed on project.
Inconvénients
Poorly skilled higher management and HR,puts profit above anything and everything . No confirmation about joining day. Freshers getting hired after protests from 2007-2013. No transparency about joining location . Joining locations are frequently changed .Mostly north people work on southern states and vice versa. Spends more on advertising about Employee first policy than actually practicing it. Worst among the top five IT MNC in India in terms of employee satisfaction. Low salary for work done. Delayed and poor appraisals
