      Inconvénients

      hirearchial, average compensation compared to market standards. Lack of people focus and sensitivity towards people issues by middle managers (dearth of people management skills in this strata)

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
