      Avantages

      Good number of global projects and company is growing fast. Lots of learning with diversity of working opportunities. Multiple people involved in same project so not a huge delivery pressure.

      Inconvénients

      Un-structured work. Beside work, you have to please your bosses for any growth. HCL is typical govt run PSU organization, you can bring the fire and charge of true MNC in your work. Either get accustomed to HCL style and find new job.
