Avantages
I work as a software engineer and on the grass roots level we seem to have a great sense of teamwork with our peers that are located within the corporate office. My manager seems to have a very good understanding of the problems we face and is open to suggestion. Our group's director is also very approachable and always wants to do the right thing.
Inconvénients
There are NUMEROUS technical problems that have had a huge impact on our products as a result of poor decisions from upper and middle management. Most of them do not have a technical background. There seems to be a veil cast between them and the most senior leadership about where the problems stem. If the explanation it isn't what they want to hear, it gets covered up and/or sugar coated.
