The scheduling was flexible and the interview process was smooth

My office had 2800 clients and I was responsible for ALL of them. The tax professionals were toxic and often pushed their work onto me. I didn't feel appreciated and I didn't get any support from my manager. I had to attend mandatory trainings, which I didn't have a problem with, but the tax professionals complained that their workload had increased because I was away.
