It's true that there are less positions that earn this kind of money than don't (mainly project managers in healthcare, sales, and a few generalist teams), but the opportunity to earn for hard work is extraordinary. The whole company is extremely client focused, which it has to be, in order to win and keep clients. It's a fast paced environment, very process oriented, and you work with very smart clients, experts, and co- workers. Since I joined the company has only gotten better in bringing the company together. Guidepoint caters not lunches, sponsors more happy hours, has lounges set up for socialization, and generally supports a more open & friendly atmosphere than ever before. The place has improved drastically since I joined and the company has NEVER been more profitable. The industry and company are on a roll right now and anyone who says differently is dead or blind.
