Avantages

Great concept as far as bringing the customers to you.

Inconvénients

Always worrying about the numbers, making you do more of their work. Constant issues with checks not being correct! Telling management to steal other staffs equipment then firing that staff member for getting upset about it. Will ask you to work more hours if you are part time to get you up to full time, but have no problem at all cutting your hours or not allowing vacation. Think twice before you work at this location!

Inconvénients

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.

Horrible coworkers. Horrible management. Horrible franchise owners.
