      Avantages

      Only deal with managers of stores. Everyone is nice when you walk in.

      Inconvénients

      Daily meetings about meetings and excessive teams with meetings about meetings of meetings. 70% of time spent in meetings about meetings. As you sit in meetings making bank, the people on the floor are stuck in a position without advancement, making $11/r with very small bonuses, and struggling to survive.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
