      great location, cafeteria, staff, new building. decent benefits, plenty of vacation.

      Inconvénients

      Stopped working for the mission. Her new motto is no mission without margin. Low pay because it is non profit.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
