      Avantages

      Managers and colleagues were super fun to work with. Hours were consistent. Employment supports were always available.

      Inconvénients

      Short staffing can be an issue when there's a ton to do by EOD. It's a dusty, dirty job, so those with allergies or breathing issues take note.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
