      The job is easy and you get to look at the stuff before it goes on the floor.

      Inconvénients

      You have to work weekends. You have to be willing to open or close. You have to make sure that there is a 100 pieces on your rack. You have to be willing to stand the whole shift in one place.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
