      not many, its a 9-5 job

      Inconvénients

      terrible management, unstable hours, company policy prevents you from moving up in position in the same store management positions come with same starting salary, ( regardless of experience) non existent work / home life balance. i would suggest not touching this company with a 10 foot pole.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
