      Avantages

      I thought I was just gonna be a cashier but I was only for a week or two.

      Inconvénients

      If you don't get enough emails or customer money donations you get written up. You don't get to leave until everything is done. The environment is nasty, things are just thrown on the shelves. I took one day off because I was having health issues and I was really worried and the manager talked bad about me. So I'm not a fan of this job.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
