      Avantages

      Goodwill has a 403b plan that basically dumps money into my savings each year.

      Inconvénients

      Goodwill makes our revenue goals impossible to reach which stops our monthly commission.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
