      Hours ok, pay is ok, senior management and management keep in touch, unionized for general labour job, general labour job secured

      Inconvénients

      Too much physical activity, no inventory, too much stealing from the customers, store not clean, abuse from customers

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
