      -Great if you ever find another job and you can say you worked at a company that helped with charity -Adjustable hours and friendly management -I see all my co-workers as my second family -Easy to move up if the position is available

      Inconvénients

      -You cant shop at your own store, nor can your immediate family members. - Pays not the best

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
