      Avantages

      Gain knowledge on how to be a cashier .

      Inconvénients

      It was a zoo. Children would beat eat other with the loose toys and the parents would become upset when any employee would ask them to stop. Management was equivalent to the Nazi party. Employees would be yelled at for laughing or talking while working, it really created a hostile environment.

      Avantages

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
